No. They still gotta  comply with the laws, whether or not the content is translated into another language. the only reason you might see a  work uncensored that was originally from Japan is that a non-Japanese company like Fakku gets the distribution rights and they might receive the artist's  original editing files (think like PSD file) that allows them to remove the censorship or they use a program to do it. 

so I checked that directory and it’s already unchecked.

hey FMG, I'm having trouble removing the Read Only permissions on my computer. I'm on Windows 8.1 Each time I remove the read only square  that appears, it comes back again.

As someone who grew up with the MegaMan: Battle Network series, i'm glad someone decided to keep that mechanic alive. and I particularly enjoyed this game.  Looking forward to seeing more of it!
